Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping: Currently, item can be shipped only within the U.S. and to APO/FPO addresses. For APO/FPO shipments, please check with the manufacturer regarding warranty and support issues.

International Shipping: We are sorry that this item can not be shipped to select countries outside of the U.S.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, New Season Products accepts returns up to 30 days from the delivery date for product purchased on our website Newseasonproducts.com.
New Season Products is unable to accept returns for a products that has been altered or damaged after being received. Please note all products are subject to inspection. A $5.00 Restocking Fee may be applied to any products returned outside of the 30-Day return window, items that fail inspection will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy:
If your return passes inspection you will receive a confirmation email, typically within 3 business days from the time we’ve received the returned goods in our warehouse. (If the returned items do pass inspection, a customer service team member will be in touch.)

Refunds will be processed within 5 days after the confirmation email is sent. Please note that at this time we do not cover the cost of return shipping. We will, however, refund the initial shipping costs if you return your complete order. We’re here to help! If you have any questions regarding refunds please contact us here.
